Must be Santa felt set:

The eight reindeer are printed and laminated, and there’s one felt reindeer.

Santa is about 8.5 inches tall when dressed.  The second picture shows him undressed and all the separate Santa pieces.  His undershorts will be attached 🙂

The eyes, white cuffs, belt, night stars, tree snow, “ho, ho, ho!” and gift ribbons will be painted on.  Everything else is felt.
