Some people have reported difficulty when printing from an iOS device. Here’s a workaround:

• • On an iOS device, click the name of the file in your email.  The file name will then appear at the bottom of your screen.
  • Chose “download”, then “open in” and scroll to find your Notes app.  Then click “save”.
  • Open your Notes app and double click the zip file.  Click “preview content” and tap the share button (rectangle with arrow pointing up).
  • Then choose “print”.
