Purchase Orders (PO) Information
Well hello there!
If you’re a librarian, teacher, or someone looking to purchase felt board sets for your school, library or other early learning program, you’re in the right place!
Note: I accept Purchase Orders for U.S. shipping addresses only.
How It Works
1.Contact Me First
Email me at he***@*************un.com and send me your business contact info:
- Business Name
- Shipping Address
- Tax-exempt certificate (PA only); all other states, no tax is charged
- Your Name
- Business Email
- Website Link
2. Paperwork
If you’re in Pennsylvania and tax-exempt, I’ll need your certificate.
Tax isn’t charged outside PA.
Need a W-9? I’m happy to send it.
3. Create Your Item List and Share the Details
The simplest way to send me your item list is to add everything you’d like to your cart, then take a screenshot and email it to me.
If that’s not your thing, you can also just email me a list of the item names and quantities. I’ll take it from there!
4. Quote & PO
I’ll use your item list to create a quote and email it to you.
You can then use that quote to create your organization’s official Purchase Order. Once your PO is ready, just email it back to me, and I’ll take it from there!
5. Order Confirmation & Shipping
Once I receive your PO, I’ll confirm it and let you know your order will ship within 7-10 business days.
When it ships, I’ll include a hard copy of the invoice and packing slip with your order, and I’ll email you the tracking number and an electronic copy of the invoice.

Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30).
Tax-Exempt Orders (PA only)
If you’re in Pennsylvania and your organization is tax-exempt, don’t forget to send me your certificate!

Digital Products
Purchase Orders can’t be used for digital patterns. These must be purchased directly from the website.

Payment Options
Payment for POs is made by check, due within 30 days of the invoice.
